American man recognized as Toronto’s first murder sufferer of the 12 months


Murder detectives have recognized a 25-year-old man who was stabbed to loss of life in a Scarborough house tower on Wednesday night.

At 5:09 p.m. Wednesday, police say they had been known as to a constructing at 2495 Eglinton Avenue East, between Midland Avenue and the Kennedy GO Station, for a report of a stabbing inside.

Inside, they positioned 25-year-old Mohamed Jeylani of Minnesota affected by life-threatening trauma.

The suspect is described as a Black male, standing 5’11”, aged 20-25 years, with a skinny construct. He was final seen carrying a darkish hooded high and light-weight colored pants.
