Arizona mother killed attempting to cease son’s kidnapping

An Arizona man allegedly kidnapped his 10-month-old son by hopping into the mom’s minivan and dashing away on Wednesday — killing the mother as she desperately tried to cling to the car. 

Eric Maes was captured in Phoenix and booked on a depend of manslaughter for the homicide of 30-year-old Brittany Martie on Tuesday, Peoria police said in a statement.
