Buhari govt. commiserates with Ghana over loss of life of 50 in highway mishap



The Federal Authorities has commiserated with the Authorities and Individuals of Ghana over the lack of greater than 50 lives ensuing from a head-on collision involving two public transport buses.

DAILY POST recollects that the accident occurred in the early hours of Friday.

The Minister of International Affairs, Mr Geoffrey Onyeama, stated this in an announcement by the ministry’s Spokesperson, Mr George Edokpa on Friday in Abuja, NAN stories.

Based on him, the accident, which led to the harm of a number of others, occurred on the Kintampo Techiman Highway, Bono East Area, Ghana.

The minister counseled the emergency companies for his or her efforts in rescuing passengers trapped within the automobiles.

He provided Nigeria’s fervent prayers for the short restoration of these injured, condoled people who misplaced family members and convened Nigeria’s solidarity of their time of grief.
