Caltex launched an announcement to the ASX on Thursday morning saying it had signed a confidentiality settlement with Couche-Tard to offer chosen private data to the Canadians over coming days.
The briefings will happen in Sydney after Couche-Tarde’s senior administration crew, headed by chief govt Brian Hannasch and chief monetary officer Claude Tessier, signed an settlement with Caltex’s managing director and chief govt Julian Segal.
