Attorneys for former AFL participant and coach Dean Laidley are demanding an investigation into how photographs of him inside a police station after his arrest had been leaked.
The 53-year-old was arrested on Saturday evening outdoors a house in St Kilda and was charged with stalking and different offences.
However his mug shot and a photograph of him in a protracted blonde wig and sporting a gown, taken inside a police station, had been leaked.
“Disgraceful. Taking photographs unlawfully and sharing them. And these had been sneaky photographs whereas in Police interview in Police Station by a Police Officer,” one among his legal professionals, Invoice Doogue, tweeted.
