Supply driver charged in Mississauga crash that left 19-month-old boy lifeless

A 25-year-old supply driver has been charged in reference to a Mississauga, Ont. crash that left a 19-month-old boy lifeless one month in the past.

Officers stated Arshdeep Oathi, of Brampton, Ont., was taken into custody on Monday. He now faces a cost of harmful operation of a motorized vehicle inflicting dying and has been launched on an enterprise.

He’s scheduled to look in courtroom once more on Nov. 16.

Investigators with the Ministry of Labour have been on the scene of the lethal crash the day after it befell.
