Driver killed in horror crash after automobile ‘crosses onto unsuitable facet’

A 43-year-old girl has died in a horror head-on crash after a automobile allegedly crossed onto the unsuitable facet of the Nepean Freeway in the course of the busy morning peak.

Investigators have been instructed a southbound automobile crossed over into oncoming visitors on the northbound lanes and collided with one other automobile close to Ti-Tree Grove at Seaford simply after 6.30am.


A 43-year-old Mount Martha girl, who was driving the northbound automobile, died on the scene. She was the automobile’s sole occupant.

“She actually did not stand an opportunity,” Detective Senior Sargeant Brad McArthur instructed ABC radio.
