Transport Minister Andrew Constance is doing the breakfast media rounds this morning, now telling Dawn that he doesn’t imagine Premier Gladys Berejiklian would have hid wrongdoing by Wagga Wagga MP Daryl Maguire.
“I believe she would have stated one thing if she knew one thing was incorrect,” Mr Constance stated. “She has not carried out something incorrect. He’s a separate subject, however, when it comes to Gladys, she has carried out nothing incorrect.”
The Transport Minister declined to entertain the query as to whether he would step up for the top job if the Premier did determine to resign.
“That is ridiculous as a result of she goes nowhere, I’ll let you know now,” he stated, including that he didn’t imagine this had affected the general public’s opinion of Ms Berejiklian.
“It was the worst day in her life and she or he is profoundly non-public and … I believe most individuals will decide it on that.”
