The Workplace of the Fireplace Marshal (OFM) is investigating after two folks have been rescued from a home fireplace in Acton on Monday morning.
Crews have been referred to as to a house on Cobblehill Street at round 9:20 a.m. for a reported fireplace after a resident of the home contacted 911, Halton Regional Police say.
When firefighters entered the house, they rescued one feminine resident inside and paramedics instantly started life-saving measures.
Crews additionally rescued the resident who referred to as 911 from a balcony on the rear of the home.
Each victims have been taken to hospital for therapy and police say a girl in her 60s is listed in critical situation.
The reason for the hearth has not but been decided however police and the OFM are investigating.
