KITCHENER, Ont. – Public well being officers have recognized a possible case of a COVID-19 variant in a scholar at a Kitchener, Ont., college.

Waterloo Area’s college board says the case has not been declared as an outbreak as a result of it is within the dismissed cohort.

The board says the coed at W.T. Townshend Public College examined constructive for the virus and is an in depth contact of somebody constructive for a variant of concern.
