Loop: Suspect sought in violent CTA theft

Chicago police are asking for the general public’s assist as they attempt to monitor down a violent theft offender who attacked a passenger on a Loop subway platform this week.

Detectives launched CTA surveillance photos of the attacker and the theft with the hopes that somebody will acknowledge him.

The sufferer was standing on the Jackson Blue Line platform when the offender kicked and beat him after which took his black backpack at 2:17 a.m. Tuesday morning, October 6. An ambulance transported the sufferer to Northwestern Memorial Hospital for therapy.

The robber escaped by boarding a prepare towards O’Hare, in response to a witness.
