Montreal West man lifeless after snowboarding accident at Jay Peak

A 68-year-old Montreal West man died Sunday afternoon after a snowboarding accident at Jay Peak in Vermont.

Based on Vermont State Police, the incident occurred round 12:45 p.m., when Bruce Charron misplaced a ski throughout his descent after which collided with a tree. He later died of his accidents.

Police mentioned on Monday that the climate was clear and chilly on the time of the incident and that Charron was snowboarding with a pal and on Jay Peak’s “Montrealer” path. The ski resort’s path map depicts the Montrealer as an intermediate stage path.

State police are asking anybody who might have been a witness to the incident to name their investigators at 802-334-8881.
