Ottawa police ask for assist in figuring out potential stabbing suspects

Ottawa police investigators need the general public’s assist in figuring out two potential suspects in reference to a weekend stabbing on St. Laurent Boulevard.

The east prison investigations part is probing the incident, which occured Sept. 12 at 6:46 a.m. on St. Laurent, south of Lancaster Street.

A 26-year-old Ottawa man is now in secure situation after being stabbed by an assailant in his house.

Investigators are asking for the general public’s assist in figuring out two “individuals of curiosity:” One is described as a Black male, in his early 20’s, sporting a black puffer jacket with a hood, darkish pants with white stripes, and black footwear; the opposite is a Black male, in his early 20’s, sporting a white Nike hoodie, darkish pants with a purple design on the appropriate leg, white gloves, a white masks, and purple trainers with white soles.
