Protocol of serving ‘no-knock’ warrants – Story


A tragic scenario in Houston on Jan. 28 led to the taking pictures demise of a pair and 5 officers injured. Houston Police Division officers used a “no-knock” warrant to enter what they believed was the house of somebody dealing black tar heroin. 

The investigation is below criticism for the officers not figuring out themselves earlier than coming into the house.
