Quebec police examine college bus crash

The Sûreté du Québec is investigating after a faculty bus drove off the street Thursday afternoon.

The incident occurred at about four p.m. on Hwy. 327 in Grenville-sur-la-Rouge, north of Grenville, Que. Grenville is reverse Hawkesbury on the Ottawa River.

In response to police, the northbound bus was carrying fewer than 10 college students when it left the street. There have been no accidents reported. The freeway was closed for about two hours. The reason for the crash was not instantly identified.
