Suspect Arrested in Early Morning College District Assault, Theft

Officers arrested a 29-year-old man early this morning within the College District for felony assault and theft after he severely injured a 41-year-old man following a confrontation after which stole his pockets.

Round three:30 am, officers from the North Precinct responded to reviews of an unconscious man mendacity within the intersection at NE 50th Road and College Means NE. Extra callers acknowledged that one other male was standing over the person, hitting and kicking the unconscious man within the head.

Officers arrived and situated the 41-year-old sufferer and contacted and arrested the 29-year-old man, who acknowledged he was the one who assaulted the sufferer.
