Suspect broke into 11 Mississauga houses whereas residents slept: police

A 28-year-old man has been arrested after allegedly breaking into almost a dozen Mississauga houses whereas residents slept earlier this week.

Police say that the break-ins focused eleven completely different houses on Swiftcurrent Path within the Hurontario Avenue and Bristol Highway with all of them happening between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. on Tuesday morning.


It’s alleged that the suspect entered the houses whereas householders slept and made off with greater than $1,000 in money and numerous different property.

He was ultimately recognized because of video surveillance footage from one of many houses, police say.

He’s charged with 5 counts of break and enter, six counts of break and enter with intent and breach of recognizance. He shall be showing earlier than the Ontario Court docket of Justice in Brampton as we speak.
