Elgin Road, a lot of which has been closed for months as a result of building, will re-open to site visitors on Mon. Dec. 16.


Town introduced on Wednesday that the stretch from Laurier Avenue West to Catherine Road will as soon as once more accommodate automobiles and bicycles in each instructions.
