The South Carolina Division of Transportation is sending its crews on a pothole blitz to restore roads throughout the state.
Officers say a wet fall and early winter has prompted a rash of potholes.
Transportation officers say the general public can assist crews by reporting potholes on the division’s web site or by calling its pothole hotline at 855-467-2368.
State officers say crews will work additional hours to attempt to get as many potholes crammed as attainable.
