EFF chief Moafrika Mabogaone was the primary to lift some extent of order towards Mathebe saying the petitioners of the motions (ANC and EFF) ought to have a say on the sequence of how their motions can be mentioned.
Mathebe dismissed Mabogoane’s level of order. EFF councillors tried to interject Matheba as she made her ruling which wasn’t effectively obtained by nearly all of council.
ANC chief whip Aaron Maluleka then entered the fray: “We aren’t going to proceed with the assembly, we should interact you (Mathebe) on programming.”
With out making a lot progress, council has now taken a caucus break.
