Two lifeless, one critically injured after critical collision in Brant County

Two individuals are lifeless, and one is critically injured after a multi-vehicle collision in Brant County Sunday afternoon.

Emergency crews had been known as to the intersection of Baptist Church Street and County Street 22 round 1:30 p.m.

Ontario Provincial Police Ed Sanchuk stated two bikes had been travelling north on County Street 22 once they collided with an eastbound pickup truck on Baptist Church Street.

Occupants of each bikes had been ejected from their autos because of the crash, Sanchuk stated.

A motorcyclist was airlifted to a hospital with critical, life-altering accidents.

The motive force of the second motorbike was taken to an area hospital with life-threatening accidents. He later died of his accidents in hospital, Sanchuk stated.

The passenger of the second motorbike was pronounced lifeless on the scene.

Sanchuk stated the pickup truck driver then collided with an SUV whereas it was stopped on the cease signal on the westbound lane of Baptist Church Street.

The motive force of the truck suffered minor accidents. Sanchuk stated he’s cooperating with the police.

The occupants of the SUV didn’t maintain any accidents.

The reason for the crash is unknown.

OPP have closed County Street 22 from Regional Street 52 to Massive Creek Street, and Baptist Church Street between Onondaga Townline and Mulligan Street.
