US might limit funds for malign actions over Navalny poisoning

United Nations: America advised the UN Safety Council on Thursday (Friday AEST) it’ll work with allies to carry accountable these liable for poisoning Russian opposition politician Alexei Navalny, together with “by way of proscribing  funds for  malign actions.”
